About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – BMS to join our team in Pune. The role involves managing and coordinating BMS project execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned BMS engineering projects.
- Manage end-to-end project execution and handover activities.
- Review engineering tasks and initiate necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Ensure availability of required equipment for BMS project execution.
- Coordinate with Electrical, QA/QC and EHS teams for protected and proper execution.




- Liaise with clients and consultants for BMS project activities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for labour allocation and site requirements.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Support project completion and BMS handover activities.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in BMS project execution and handover.
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in BMS site/project execution.
- Experience in client, consultant and subcontractor coordination.
- Good understanding of QA/QC and EHS requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.
