CFlo World Limited is looking for a hands-on and technically strong Erection & Commissioning Engineer to join our team.
? Position: Erection & Commissioning Engineer
? Experience: Minimum 2 years
? Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent
? Job Location: Client / Project Sites
? Travel: Extensive travel across India / project locations
?️ Key Responsibilities• Execute erection, installation, testing and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Supervise machine installation, alignment, assembly and balancing as per OEM guidelines and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks, functional tests and performance trials.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical/instrumentation issues at site.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal project teams for timely project execution.
- Prepare site reports, checklists, commissioning documentation and punch-list closure records.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements during lifting, rigging and installation activities.
? What We’re Looking For✔ Strong understanding of industrial machinery and mechanical systems
✔ Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs;, GA drawings and installation manuals
✔ Familiarity with erection tools, alignment equipment and lifting tools
✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
✔ Solid communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently at project sites
✔ Willingness to travel frequently and stay at project locations
⭐ Good to Have: Experience in erection & commissioning of machinery in continuous process plants such as power, steel, textile, chemical or water-treatment projects.
