JOB PROFILE
Handle client queries related to transaction structuring and routine matters.
Assist Senior management with Research work, advisory, impact analysis of a given transaction.
Detailed Study and analyze various notices issued and suggest timely actions.
Prepare and file replies to notices and assist in the preparation of filing of appeals and representations with the GST Authorities across Mumbai Jurisdiction
Independently manage the team for periodic compliances and overall client coordination.
Possess a thorough knowledge of GST Laws and rules and remain updated with timely amendments and contribute to the knowledge sharing process adopted by the firm for the perk of Clients as well as team members.

Requirements

We have 3 openings in our Indirect Taxation Vertical with the below-mentioned profiles.




Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification exposure having hands on experience in handling litigations, advisory services and compliances. Must have handled team and can lead a bunch of full time employees and interns within the division. Should possess requisite soft skills to have effective communication with Clients and team members.
A semi-qualified, CA/ Law dropout having experience in Indirect Taxation who can contribute to ensure periodic compliances and advisory opportunities.
Freshers/ Interns looking to build a profile in Indirect Taxation.
