We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Head to lead financial operations across our manufacturing unit and multiple retail outlets.

If you have strong expertise in costing, inventory-heavy business, and multi-location finance, this is a excellent prospect to make a real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage end-to-end accounting & financial reporting ✔ Drive costing, margin analysis & profitability improvement ✔ Oversee inventory & stock control (FIFO, batch tracking, wastage control)

✔ Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance ✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning ✔ Monitor cash flow & working capital ✔ Manage retail finance operations & POS reconciliation ✔ Lead & mentor finance team across locations

Requirements




Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting & retail finance
Expertise in cost accounting & inventory management
Hands-on experience in GST & multi-location compliance
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
Leadership & team management ability
Attention to detail with a business-oriented mindset

Qualifications:
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
B.Com / Finance background
