Job Description:
We are currently seeking 12th pass freshers to join our ground staff team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a ground staff member, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations at the airport. Your main duties will include:
Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
Providing excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from passengers
Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
Coordinating with other ground staff members and flight crew to ensure timely and productive operations
Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping,
and inventory management
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as aviation regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when necessary
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and advantages package. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
