Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and selecting cruise itineraries that match their travel preferences
Provide information on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and onboard experiences
Coordinate cruise reservations, cabins, and travel details through approved travel suppliers
Communicate with clients before and after booking to ensure a smooth travel planning experience
Stay informed about cruise promotions, itineraries, and supplier updates




Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
Provide ongoing customer support before and after travel as needed

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest in the cruise and travel industry
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using online booking systems, email, and basic computer applications
Organized and detail-oriented
Previous travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
