Manage the following P&L; processes for the Home Equity Fulfillment team:
Annual budgeting process
Monthly Outlook process
Month-end close process
Monthly P&L; reporting. This requires a thorough understanding of expense expectations and variance analysis by team.
Allocation of monthly Fulfillment costs to appropriate sites / channels
Lead monthly expense reviews for Home Equity leadership and business leaders. Communicate findings and required actions in a explicit and concise format.
General ledger research and resolution required by business partners
Ownership of Fulfillment cost study required for annual FAS91 process
Provide reporting and supporting analysis to drive initiatives around expense management. This includes building models to make recommendations on enhancing business performance.
Complete complex ad hoc requests using multiple data sources to analyze and predict results. Requires in-depth knowledge of the business supported.
Build solid partnerships and provide consultation with leaders supported
Some business travel may be required
