Job Description
Configure Linux-based applications, build Docker containers, and manage Kubernetes cluster configurations
· Perform application deployments, configurations, and version upgrades/patching using GitOps practices
· Work with monitoring, logging, alerting, and orchestration platforms for Docker applications running on Kubernetes
· Perform basic network troubleshooting, including subnet, DNS, and FQDN issues within Kubernetes clusters
· Provide L1/L2 support based on issue priority to meet client SLAs




· Handle user service requests and create service tickets where required
· Understand and resolve user queries received through multiple channels such as Communicator and email
· Collaborate on troubleshooting Manufacturing IT application and infrastructure-related incidents
· Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with defined service levels and KPIs

Mandatory Skills
· Linux and Windows system administration & troubleshooting skills, including solid knowledge of how the various components work (kernel, CPU, memory, disk, network)
· Experience in Containerization & Orchestration (Docker/ Kubernetes/ Rancher)
· Experience in building, updating and managing Docker Images
· Experience with Helm Charts and GitOps tool (ArgoCD)
· Basic network knowledge to understand subnet, DNS & FQDN
· Knowledge of IP networking, Kubernetes cluster networking, ingress, load balancing.
· Solid understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally dis
