About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant (E.A.) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional follow-up skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism. The candidate should be willing to take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Prepare reports, presentations,



MIS, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential documents and records.
Track assignments and ensure timely follow-up on all pending tasks.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Handle office coordination and administrative activities as required.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing business activities.
Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed by the Managing Director.

Required Skills
Excellent follow-up skills (Mandatory) – Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
Solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Shorthand will be an added advantage.
