Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets for TMT bars while ensuring strict quality control to minimize defects and reworks.
Manage the entire production cycle, including Induction Furnace (SMS), Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), and Rolling Mill operations.
Monitor raw material consumption (sponge iron, scrap, ferroalloys) and manage inventory levels to prevent bottlenecks.
Focus on reducing operational costs (conversion cost, power consumption) to enhance profitability.
Oversee plant maintenance scheduling (preventive and breakdown) for machinery.
Overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile
10+ years in operations management,



with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience as a GM, Department Head, or similar executive role is critical.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams to boost performance and build a positive culture.
Must have prior experience into TMT Bars/ Iron & Sponge/ Steel fabrication/casting
Preference will be given to candidate residing in Durgapur
