About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support our project and operations team in coordinating day-to-day project activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to project planning, task coordination, stakeholder communication, reporting, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager/Project Coordinator in planning and coordinating ongoing projects.
- Track project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders regarding task updates and project requirements.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, documentation, and status updates.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Assist in identifying project delays, dependencies, and potential risks and escalate them to the concerned manager.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Update project management tools and maintain accurate project records.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks related to project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and project life cycles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
