About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator with 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency to manage and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, project managers, creative teams, and digital marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Content, Graphic Design, Web Development, and Paid Marketing teams.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, task assignments, and delivery schedules.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams regarding pending deliverables.
- Identify project delays, risks, and dependencies and communicate them to the concerned stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Organize internal meetings and client discussions whenever required.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage client feedback and coordinate revisions with respective teams.
- Prioritize tasks based on deadlines, client requirements, and business priorities.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Monitor project deadlines and escalate critical issues to management.




- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or similar role.
- Mandatory experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and services.
- Good knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, and Graphic Design workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be someone who understands how a Digital Marketing Agency operates and has experience coordinating different teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Candidates with experience handling multiple clients, campaigns, websites, SEO projects, social media campaigns, content calendars, paid marketing campaigns, and creative deliverables will be preferred.
