Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (front-end and back-end).
Build internal tools, dashboards, and workflows tailored for logistics operations.
Integrate with third-party platforms including CargoWise, HubSpot, and accounting tools.
Manage APIs, data pipelines, and synchronization across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Sales, Finance, HR) to translate business needs into tech solutions.
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and documentation.
Maintain code repositories (Git), follow CI/CD protocols, and manage deployments.

Requirements

Required Technical Skills
Front-end: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript
Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, Python (preferred),



or .NET (optional)
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
API: RESTful APIs, Webhooks, OAuth2, Swagger
DevOps: GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Other: Solid understanding of system architecture, data structures, and debugging
Prior work on enterprise tools, ERP/CRM integrations, or logistics platforms.
Experience with Cargo Wise or HubSpot APIs is a strong plus.
