We are hiring for Territory Sales In-charge, who will be responsible for collected current distributors list from the market in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha location

Responsibilities
Day to begin on Field assist app with marking of attendance and selection of the beat of the day.
 Minimum 40 outlets visits, Minimum 30s productive outlets
 Report sales on app throughout the day, ensure compliance.
 100% outlet coverage in the assigned territory / beat
 T.S.I should be collected recent distributors list from the market.
 Report the following :
Any issues with order taking
Supplies and Service
Competition activity, rates etc.
Marketing activities
Recent outlet opening
Damages & Returns
Surveys, Schemes and Promotions (if any)




Other related market information
Utilization of POP material
Capture Primary and Secondary orders

Qualifications
 Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly Targets
 Ensure proper (as per guidelines) display and merchandising at outlets
 Report stock or distribution related issues, if any
 Generate and report daily sales report to respective manager
 Ensure distributor wise closing stocks on weekly and monthly basis.
Preferred Candidates from F&B; and FMCG industry only.
