About the job

The Sales team is looking for a Manager, Sales to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals. We are looking at a Individual who would have managed Ministries in Central Government and lead an experienced team of about 2 – 4 representatives.

We expect this individual to have good inroads in Ministry of Finance, Railways, Health etc. and should have handled large deals, while directly contributing to revenue growth across software, solutions, and services.



This role blends hands-on strategic selling with people leadership, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manager Sales, you will:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Own and drive achievement of total software revenue targets and management business objectives (MBOs).
Develop and execute strategic sales, marketing, and business development plans to exceed growth targets in Central Government Ministries.
Plan and implement growth strategies across software, consulting services, and education services.
Generate new business through strategic-based selling and management of key customer relationships.
Formulate and execute territory and business plans based on market potential
