LRD is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing loan deals for commercial property owners by leveraging their future rental income as collateral. The ideal candidate will build relationships with developers, corporate tenants, and high-net-worth individuals to drive portfolio growth.
Proactively source recent leads through networking, channel partners, and direct outreach to corporate clients.
Develop a robust network of real estate consultants, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and brokers to generate referrals.
