ServiceNow Architect:

We are hiring a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep platform knowledge, robust architectural principles, and hands-on expertise in building scalable and integrated ITOM solutions that improve visibility and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Required Skills
8–12 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
Deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management modules.
Solid knowledge of MID Server architecture, probes, sensors, identifiers, and CI class models.
Experience in designing and maintaining CMDB data integrity and reconciliation logic.
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, Splunk).
Ability to define ITOM roadmaps, lead client discussions, and guide technical teams.
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and automation policies.
ServiceNow certifications such as CIS–ITOM, CSA, or CTA are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
