We’re looking for a seasoned UiPath Automation Developer who has built, deployed, and supported real automation solutions in live settings. If you enjoy coding, solving business problems, guiding junior developers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities - This job is perfect for you if you want to:

Automation Development (Hands-On)
Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for production environments
Work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots in real-world use cases
Handle exception management, logging, retries, and performance optimization
Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, Excel, SAP, web applications, and legacy systems
Follow and enforce REFramework, coding standards, and best practices
Support automations post-deployment and troubleshoot production issues

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams
Translate and communicate business requirements into scalable automation solutions




Provide realistic effort estimates and technical guidance during project planning

Technical Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing
Review code, provide feedback, and guide junior developers toward better design and performance
Help define automation standards, reusable components, UiPath features, frameworks, enterprise automation concepts and best practice
Mentor junior developers and support onboarding of recent developers through pair programming, design reviews, and architecture discussions

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have
3+ years of overall experience with 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development
Proven experience delivering production-grade automations in live projects
Solid understanding of:
UiPath REFramework
Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs)
Exception handling and debugging
Solid knowledge of .NET / VB.NET / C# concepts
Experience mentoring developers or leading knowledg
