(Scrum Master)
Key Responsibilities
Drive Agile adoption and ensure effective implementation of Scrum practices across teams.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint commitments and delivery goals.
Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
Promote transparency, accountability, and ownership within the team.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to building a high-performing Agile culture.
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and enterprise data management strategies.

Preferred Experience
8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Robust experience in Agile/Scrum delivery settings.
Experience working on Digital Transformation, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services projects.
Knowledge of workflow automation, data management, and enterprise integration projects is highly desirable.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, Secure Scrum Master) preferred.
