Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Associate to fuel the expansion of our AI-first BaaS platform. This role is central to driving scalable, data-informed growth through innovative campaigns across digital channels. You’ll play a key part in shaping our go-to-market strategy, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and contributing directly to revenue outcomes.

With a robust foundation in performance marketing, content, and analytics, you’ll work closely with founders in a fast-paced setting that values experimentation, ownership, and impact.

Responsibilities
Design and execute integrated growth campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels
Develop and manage SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to increase visibility and qualified traffic
Lead LinkedIn and social media growth initiatives with a focus on engagement and lead generation
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager




Create high-converting content and landing pages tailored to B2B SaaS audiences
Build and manage email automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns
Track and analyze key performance metrics including MQLs, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline using GA4 and Mixpanel

Requirements

Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in growth or digital marketing
Proven experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments preferred
Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, content writing, SEO, email marketing, and landing page builders
Hands-on experience with AI tools, basic HTML/CSS, and data-driven campaign optimization
Robust storytelling ability, analytical mindset, and execution excellence
