Job Description:

Position: Tool Room - Turner

Location: Ankleshwar

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Operate lathe machines for turning, facing, threading, boring, etc.
Manufacture and repair:Injection mold components
Dies, jigs, fixtures
Machine spare parts
Read and understand engineering drawings / blueprints
Maintain high precision and tolerances using measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
Perform machine maintenance and cleaning
Ensure quality inspection and zero-defect work
Follow safety procedures in tool room

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of lathe machining (manual or CNC)
Understanding of plastic mold tooling (injection mold parts)
Ability to read technical drawings

Required Qualification: -ITI - Turner

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
