Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule
Quantity estimation of Architectural and RCC work.
Variance analysis of the cost.
Rate Analysis.
Perform bill certification & quantity surveying by using CAD, cost control, and change management operations are carried out throughout the project life cycle.
Ensure post contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
Coordination for Sub contractor and client billing.
Requirements

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Civil
