Key Requirements (Varying by Role):
Background in façade/glass/aluminum industry is essential.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design/detailing software.
For Estimation Engineers: solid knowledge of costing, BOQs, and tendering.
Leadership experience required for Head of Design.
Positive communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
