Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive PMO analyst to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project governance, coordination, stakeholder management, and project budgeting skills while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and manage project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
- Manage project budgeting, cost tracking, revenue tracking, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with the development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and business teams.
- Facilitate project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).
- Support Agile ceremonies and project governance activities.




- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate UAT, release planning, deployment, and project closure.
