We seek a highly strategic and experienced Head of Hotel Development to join the energetic team. This role involves leading the end-to-end hotel development and expansion process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting in-depth geographical market research to identify potential opportunities.
Sourcing and identifying potential partnerships and locations for recent hotel projects.
Performing comprehensive feasibility studies to ensure the success of hotel projects.
Collaborating with the CEO to align and execute development strategies and resources.

Proven experience in hotel development and expansion.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
