· Support in timely and accurate new product development (Colour masterbatches)

· Support in handling customer complaints related to Colour masterbatches
Basic Qualifications

Job Requirements

Education

· B.E.-Chemical,Degree or Diploma in Plastic Technology ,Graduate,CIPET in Plastic Technology

Skills & Knowledge

Necessary

· New product development.

· Knowledge of preparation of ISO Documentation

· Ensure Safe use of equipments.

· Train current employees to use safety guidelines and company standards.

· Customer complaint handling.

· Good Knowledge of Processing parameters.

· Communication and Interpersonal Skills

· Problem solving skills.

Preferred

· Knowledge of technical aspects of products and applications

· Worked on Spectrophotometer.

Experience





· 12+ years of experience in Pigment testing and colour matching.

Competencies

· Self Motivated

· Result oriented approach.

Language requirements

· English, Hindi and local language(preferable)
