Mythics is Oracle's largest North American partner. We sell Oracle managed services, implementation, and integration to commercial enterprises across the US. SpearMC and SmartERP operate under the Mythics umbrella and lead globally in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud services. We are hiring an experienced Business Development Representative in Bangalore to support our US-based sales motion.
As the Business Development Representative, you will own outbound prospecting end to end — research, outreach, qualification, and handoff of qualified opportunities to US-based Account Executives. You will work directly with the VP of Business Development and the US sales team, operating on overlapping US business hours.
Responsibilities
Run multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone) into named enterprise accounts
Research accounts and decision-makers to identify buying signals, and write outreach that reflects that research
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery meetings for US Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of all activity,
dispositions, and pipeline movement in the CRM
Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives with a clean, complete brief
Work to weekly activity and quarterly pipeline-sourced targets
Qualifications
5–10 years of B2B enterprise sales development or business development experience
Demonstrable track record of sourcing qualified pipeline against quota
Experience selling into US accounts is required
Robust written English — peer-level, non-templated outbound writing
Comfort with Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM and contemporary sales engagement tools
Willingness to work hours that overlap meaningfully with US Eastern time
Preferred
Experience selling enterprise software or technology services (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or similar)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and contemporary sales engagement platforms
