Role Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to sell residential and commercial properties to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct property viewings and presentations.
Build relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer service.




Develop and maintain a solid network of contacts.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements
Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Real estate license (where applicable).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
