Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service & Customer Care representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all passengers and customers at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
Assist passengers with luggage and guide them to their designated areas
Ensure a smooth and effective check-in process for all passengers
Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or other needs




Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengers
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the airport
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and qualified in high-pressure situations
Robust problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
