? Role Overview

We are looking for skilled IBS Engineers with hands-on telecom field operations experience to manage maintenance and troubleshooting of small cell and network infrastructure.

?️ Key Responsibilities
Preventive & corrective maintenance of Small Cell, WiFi, UBR, L2 Switch & OSP
IBS maintenance: SMPS, Battery, Electrical Panels, Earthing & alarms
Power system checks, energy readings & site hygiene
Battery testing, SMPS troubleshooting & hardware replacement
Faulty card replacement & coordination with NOC teams
Maintain records & support SAP consumption data
Ensure proper antenna alignment, GPS connectivity & LOS

✠Requirements
2+ years in telecom field operations
Knowledge of tools like Jio Track and Tableau
Understanding of SMPS, Battery, Earthing & Network devices
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Solid troubleshooting and field coordination skills
