Description
Cloud / DevOps Engineer would lead the implementation, automation, and operational reliability of cloud-native and DevOps solutions across Azure settings, with awareness of equivalent AWS patterns where required. The role would involve transformation of MVP applications into production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platforms by enabling cloud-native deployment architecture—driving database migration support, containerized deployments on Azure, secure identity and access management, CI/CD pipeline implementation, observability setup, workplace consistency, and performance optimization for scalable operations.

Responsibilities
Cloud Architecture & Implementation
Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions primarily on Azure.
Drive adoption of PaaS, managed services, and container-based deployment models.
Enable deployment architecture using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Entra ID / AAD.
Establish cloud governance, environment consistency, access control, and cost optimization practices.





Containerization & Platform Engineering
Design and implement container-based application deployment using Docker.
Build and optimize Docker Compose setups for multi-service environments and multi-stage builds for secure, lightweight images.
Support deployment using orchestration services such as Kubernetes (AKS / EKS awareness) or Azure Container Apps.
Improve platform consistency, portability, and deployment repeatability.

CI/CD & DevOps Transformation
Architect and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps.
Enable automated builds, testing, and deployment with multi-stage setting promotion.
Support deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary, or rolling updates.
Improve release reliability, deployment speed, and operational maturity.
