Position: Support Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Indore / Bangalore

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Support Engineer with hands-on or foundational knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, AWS or GCP, PostgreSQL, SQL, REST APIs, and Linux/Unix to support cloud-native applications and business-critical services.

The role will involve production application support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, cloud operations on AWS or GCP, database support, and deployment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop expertise in application support, cloud operations, microservices, DevOps, and observability.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Operations – AWS or GCP

- Support applications deployed on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).




- Monitor cloud resources and services for availability, performance, and operational health.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues within AWS or GCP environments.
- Assist with cloud deployment and release activities across development, test, and production environments.
- Work with cloud services such as AWS EC2, RDS, S3, and EKS or equivalent GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and GKE.
- Support cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting activities.
- Follow established cloud operations, security, and access management practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on or foundational experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on or foundational experience with either AWS or GCP cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud services such as AWS EC2, RDS, S3, EKS or GCP Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, GKE.
- Positive understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and application troubleshooting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, incident management, and production support processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
