Sonali Group is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Color Masterbatch plant at Singur, Hooghly.
We need a person with hands-on experience in masterbatch production who can handle daily plant work, lead a team on the floor, and maintain quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run daily production work
- Check quality of color, dispersion, and particle size
- Supervise machine operators and helpers in shifts
- Solve machine and process problems on the floor
- Give daily production report to the General Manager
- Follow safety rules and keep 5S standard in the plant
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Technology, Mechanical, or equal work experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in color masterbatch production supervision
- Knowledge of twin-screw and single-screw extruder machines
- Basic computer knowledge for MS Excel and Word reporting
- Positive communication in Bengali and Hindi; basic English for reports
