Production Supervisor Company: ADR Fluid Sealing Solutions Location: Delhi/NCR | Experience: 2–5 Years | Job Type: Full-Time Role We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage and oversee the production team responsible for assembling kits and ensuring timely completion of production requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the production team involved in kit assembly and packing . Ensure daily production targets are achieved efficiently and accurately.

Monitor availability of components and identify low-stock or required items . Prepare and communicate material requirements to the Purchase Department on time. Coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure required materials are available for production.

Maintain proper records of production, material usage and pending requirements.



Ensure quality, accuracy and proper packaging of finished kits. Identify production delays, shortages or issues and report them to management.

Ensure proper discipline, workflow and productivity within the team.

Requirements Good team management and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of inventory and production processes. Valuable communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain production records and follow up on requirements.

Experience in automotive/tractor spare parts, sealing products or kit assembly will be preferred. Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.
