The impact you’ll make
Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
Master Scheduler: Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related/relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a master’s degree
- Preferred Overall Experience: 5+ years
- Job Experience: Experience in any of the following areas: Multinational high technology corporation, in operations (preferred), BOM &
- Planning Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations)
What You’ll Do Production Control drives on‑time and complete delivery to plan by directing and allocating material movements across the factory network to ensure the right part is at the right place at the right time for production and fulfilment.
- Owns end‑to‑end execution of production orders, including adherence to plan milestones
- Commits, manages,
and communicates completion dates for kit and assembly orders to meet customer requirements
- Governs production order changes, ensuring timely and accurate inventory transactions
- Identifies, prioritizes, and mitigates execution risks through cross‑functional alignment and escalation of delivery risks
- Manage the allocation of critical parts across the factory network, prioritizing production criticality and order milestone requirements.
- Drives continuous improvement in production control, material flow, order execution, and factory operations effectiveness

- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while having a sharp eye for details.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with production planning systems, such as master production schedule & material requirements planning.
- Ability to successfully interact and coordinate globally across the organization, technical and non-technical.
- Adept knowledge of SAP(MM/PP) or similar ERP system
- Knowledge of BOM structures and Engineering Change process
Desirable Skill
- Experience in the wafer processing or general manufacturing is a definite plus

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories –
- On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
