About the Role Space Life Science is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Operations Executive to coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations with third-party manufacturers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry and be comfortable handling production planning, costing, inventory coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules. Coordinate with third-party manufacturing units for timely production. Follow up on raw material procurement and packaging material availability.

Prepare and maintain product costing sheets. Coordinate purchase orders, work orders, and production documentation. Track inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Ensure timely production execution and dispatch planning.

Maintain production reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel. Coordinate with procurement, quality, regulatory, and logistics teams. Support management with production planning, forecasting, and operational reporting.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.



3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical operations. Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and costing. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Experience with ERP software is an added advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Industry Experience Nutraceutical Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Third-Party Manufacturing Contract Manufacturing Ayurvedic Manufacturing Salary Competitive and based on experience.
