1. Capacity & Master Scheduling
- Line Planning: Prepare daily and weekly Production Execution Plans for Cutting, Stitching, Lasting, and Packing lines based on order delivery dates.
- Capacity Allocation: Analyze line efficiency, machine availability, and workforce capacity to avoid bottlenecks on high-labor articles.
2. Material Requirement & Readiness Tracking
- BOM & Store Coordination: Coordinate with the Store Incharge and Computer Operator to ensure all raw materials (soles, synthetics, uppers, adhesives, hardware) are physically in stock before releasing a job card to the floor.
- Kitting & Readiness Checks: Verify material readiness to prevent mid-production line stops due to missing sole sizes or short synthetic quantities.
3. Shop-Floor Coordination & Line Monitoring
- Daily Target Distribution: Issue job cards and daily target sheets to line supervisors.
- WIP (Work-in-Progress) Tracking: Track floor movement in real-time across departments (e.g., cutting to stitching,
upper stitching to lasting) to catch production lags early.
4. Inter-Departmental Alignment
- Merchandising Alignment: Coordinate with Assistant Merchandisers to update buyer target dates, address sample approval delays, or prioritize urgent shipments.
- Quality & Maintenance Support: Work with QA to resolve high-rejection lines and coordinate with maintenance during machine breakdowns to adjust shift schedules.
5. MIS Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Plan vs. Actual Analysis: Track daily output metrics against targets and analyze variances (e.g., shortfall reasons, line downtime).
- Delivery Schedule Tracking
6. Experience in footwear industry Min 2 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
