Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Anklesvar.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring tyre production meets quality, safety, and output targets while optimizing use of people, machinery, and materials.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring line performance, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams. The role involves driving continuous improvement,



implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

The Production

Manager will also lead and develop production teams, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, and prepare regular performance reports for plant leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong production and operations management skills, including capacity planning, scheduling, and shop-floor supervision.
- Experience with quality assurance and process improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance coordination, and safety practices in an industrial plant environment.
- Team leadership abilities, including people management, training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in using ERP or production management systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in tyre, rubber, automotive, or heavy industrial manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Anklesvar, manage shift-based operations when required, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
