Role Description The Production Engineer role at LPSIS MRO SOLUTIONS is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohtak.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes for industrial products and fasteners run safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and resolving technical issues on the shop floor. The role involves analyzing process data, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, supporting maintenance of equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The Production

Engineer will also collaborate with supply chain and quality teams to improve throughput, reduce waste, and support on-time delivery for customers.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of production engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industrial operations.
- Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement (e.g., Lean,



Kaizen), and productivity enhancement.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with quality control methods, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic production planning or ERP tools to track and report performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and shop-floor personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial products is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety standards and a strong commitment to safe working practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtak and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
