Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Monitor machine operations, manpower utilization, and material availability.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and process bottlenecks.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
- Maintain production records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure a protected working environment.




- Monitor and maintain 5S and good housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
- Support supervisors and operators in resolving day-to-day production challenges.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with shop-floor teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and production reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment

Preferred Candidate

- DME / B.E. Mechanical Engineering graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Candidates who can commute to ada - Sricity AP are preferred
