About the Role:
We are hiring for the position of Manager – Corporate Relationships for one of our clients, a leading NGO in the education and skilling sector. The organization has a significant presence across India and operates with a strong focus on empowering adolescents and placing youths in sustainable jobs. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale projects, engage with corporate donors, and drive the mission of the NGO forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the account manager for multiple large projects, fostering robust relationships with corporate donors.
Oversee fund allocation, financial decisions, and programmatic reporting for grants.
Ensure program implementation aligns with MoUs agreed upon with donors.
Develop and maintain self-sustaining practices for donor retention and growth in grant/donation size.
Effectively manage corporate donor communications and reporting.
Coordinate donor engagement activities, project reviews,



and ensure timely submission of donor reports (financial and programmatic).
Organize kick-off meetings with project stakeholders and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and donors.
Manage program budgets and ensure transparency in reporting back to donors.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience in Corporate Donor Management and CRM.
Strong account management skills with the ability to oversee complex programs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle large datasets and analyze program outcomes.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and passion for success.
Strong networking abilities and a relationship-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Social Work or a related field relevant
