The role

As an SFMC Core-L3 Analyst, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role & Responsibilities
Own complex, escalated incidents from L2, performing deep functional and configuration-level root cause analysis (flows, validation rules, sharing/security model, integration configuration)
Diagnose issues across the wider ecosystem: interactions between Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and ERP, POS, PIM/DAM, OMS, payment providers and the integration/middleware layer
Analyze Apex, Lightning Web Component and Flow logs and debug output to identify root cause without personally developing code fixes; translate findings into accurate requirements for development teams
