Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Airport Representative to join our team in Nashik, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients at the airport and assist them with their luggage
Provide information about flight schedules, airport facilities, and local attractions
Escort clients to their designated transportation and ensure a safe and comfortable journey
Coordinate with airlines and other airport personnel to ensure timely and hassle-free check-in and boarding
Handle customer inquiries, complaints,



and requests in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized airport reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing travel documents and updating client records
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and secure setting for clients and staff
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Strong customer service orientation
Proficient in English and local language(s)
Basic computer skills
Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
