Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the organization or project.
Establish systems and protocols for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform program decision-making.
Produce regular reports on program performance and progress toward objectives
Work closely with program managers to develop and refine program indicators and targets.
Provide technical guidance and training to staff and partners on monitoring and evaluation of best practices.
Travel as needed for monitoring and evaluation purposes
Actively think about equity and inclusion—across gender, place, and socioeconomic disparities

Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, in the education or makerspace sector




Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and systems.
Solid quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
Experience with data management and visualization tools
Experience in designing and conducting program evaluations and other assessments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of donor regulations and reporting requirements.
Spoken and written fluency in Kannada, Telugu, and/or Tamil
