Role: Asst. Manager / BDM – Sales Outdoor.
Location : Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi
Experience: 4 years plus & in freight forwarding only.
Notice Period: Immediate joiner – 15 days

Required Skills:
· Customer acquisition, develop new business with recent customers.
· Establish contact with potential V-A and B-customers and convert them into buying customers by the Sales Manual
· Make Logwin known in the respective local market and inform about specific strengths in the field of Air + Ocean.
· Responsible for business and revenue generation for all business of the company, – CHA, Air Freight, Sea Freight.
· Understanding customer's requirements, negotiating, quotation, following, and finalizing the contract.
· Would handle sales and as well as do development of the branch.
· Sales and business development of existing & recent customers




· Customer Retention & Customer Service
· Take care of the entire sales process from identifying customers, setting up appointments, and making initial calls, to finally closing deals, servicing and retaining existing customers, and achieving given targets
· Follow up for payment & outstanding timely collection.
· Meeting existing customers and developing new customers.
· Coordination with office, warehouse, and CHA for details and information.
· Achieve defined targets & revenue building.
· Valuable enough experience in FREIGHT FORWARDING SALES, INTERNATIONAL MARKETING, and EXPORT-IMPORT LOGISTICS.
Mandatory Skills:
· Good communication skills
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Go-getter attitude.
