About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead – Computer Vision who can own and drive our Computer Vision initiatives end-to-end. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be actively involved in coding, designing scalable architectures, mentoring developers, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Computer Vision engineers, providing technical guidance and architectural direction.




Design, develop, and optimize Computer Vision algorithms and AI pipelines.
Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, provide technical updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
Deploy and optimize Computer Vision solutions on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure (A4500, L4, etc.) and edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson (Orin, Xavier), Raspberry Pi, and similar platforms.
Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
Contribute hands-on to development while balancing technical leadership responsibilities.
Drive performance optimization and production deployment of AI models.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or Senior role.
Robust programming experience in Python.
Hands-on expertise in PyTorch, CUDA, and TensorRT.
Experience with Video Analytics, including object
