Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive (Payroll) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and IB guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records
Process monthly payroll, including salary payments, bonuses, and reimbursements
Manage payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations




Develop and implement payroll-related policies and procedures

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in payroll management (preferably in an international school setting)
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an IB school workplace
Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPM, FPC)
Knowledge of multiple languages
Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, ManageBac)
