The company is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. The role requires excellent communication, robust coordination abilities, and the capability to manage hiring activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other hiring channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Assist in closing positions within defined timelines
Support other recruitment and HR activities as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR coordination
Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and interview scheduling
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment tools
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience in bulk hiring or corporate hiring will be an added advantage
