The
HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations,
employee lifecycle activities, and administrative functions. This role provides
hands-on exposure to core HR processes while supporting both IT and BPO
employees in a agile work setting.

Key
Responsibilities
Assist
with employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain
employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support
attendance, leave, and shift coordination.
Address
employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Coordinate
with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Assist
in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
Support
employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Ensure
compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Assist
with exit formalities and other employee lifecycle activities as required.

Required




Skills & Qualifications
MBA
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable
organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability
to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness
to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
Skills
Basic
understanding of HR operations and employment practices.
Familiarity
with HRMS/HRIS tools is an added advantage.

to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
