Position: MIS Executive

Location: Ankleshwar

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
MIS Reporting & Analysis
Prepare, maintain, and automate MIS reports for production, inventory, and costing.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Conduct variance analysis on production efficiency, inventory levels, and product costing.
Track production output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
Monitor raw material consumption, stock levels, and wastage to support supply chain decisions.
Highlight potential risks in inventory management and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare detailed product costing reports, including overhead allocation and margin analysis.
Support pricing decisions with cost-based insights.
Assist finance teams in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Data Visualization & Automation
Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time monitoring.
Integrate data from ERP systems, Excel, and other sources into unified reporting platforms.




Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, finance, and supply chain teams to gather and validate data.
Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Support audits and compliance requirements with accurate reporting.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of production reporting, inventory management, and product costing.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) and Power BI.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
